Only calmness! I purchased this product to address inflammation in the neck ganglion, reduce anxiety, and lower blood pressure and pulse. I completed a month on a regimen of two capsules daily. I began with three capsules, but drowsiness followed; however, at two capsules there were no side effects. After three months, the effect remains strong! It works!!! Colleagues and family members have asked to order this magnesium. All patients appreciate it. Anxiety, atrial flutter, and nervousness have disappeared. Thanks to iherb for the assistance!

Recommended for those who consume alcohol daily. Zinc and magnesium have been well-tolerated, leading to a reduction in physical issues! (Anemia, inflammation of the tongue, atrial flutter, etc.) The three tablets after drinking can be quite uncomfortable, but after drinking and going to bed, you will notice the effect. The price is also reasonable and saves some money.
